What the heck, they've built their own submarines for smuggling cocaine so why not build a few armored vehicles. Agree with Mark that with the money they have they should be able to buy real armored personnel carriers. They can be bought online but the cartels would probably have problems getting them into the country. It's gettin' crazy down there...

The cartels can buy them from U.S. gun stores and drive them across the border at night. The Mexican army doesn't have NVG's. The cartels have them but the Mexican army doesn't...
