My friend Kyle just sent this to me, I thought it warranted sharing
http://www.prismdefence.com.au/index.htm
I’ve chosen to send this because it speaks volumes about the capacity and capability of the indomitable human spirit, when it’s called upon. Sometimes it helps to be reminded of what resides within each and every one of us.
Put aside any negative thoughts about the military and just consider all of the potential dangers in this situation … and the unnerved ability, commitment and determination of the human being piloting this huey and approaching this small ship at sea. In any industry or situation, I want the man or woman with these characteristics to be standing beside me, or at least closely behind and sprinting to catch up.
… and a humble “Thank you” to those of you who’ve been that person for me when I needed it. – kyle
Imagine catching up to a ship moving into the wind at 20kts with a gusty 30 knot headwind and gusts moving over the cabin at 50+ gusting to 0 or Stopping and pitching up and down 15' or more, these pilots have their work cut out for them, syncing these movements is just about impossible,
and this is just a test to see if the machine is capable. VIDEO ONLY: NO SOUND!
