At least there are few folks in D.C. who are using their heads. How can we be loaning money to anyone with the debt we have ourselves? It just makes no sense at all.

"Where are we going to get $1 billion?" he told Dow Jones News Service. "If we give them $1 billion, we're going to borrow $400 million from the Chinese."
