I believe it. Having some experience working around these Federal Agencies. Most of the people in charge never actually worked the Job they are in charge of.

Any agency I've ever worked for or with has a policy that clearly states when less than lethal weapons are used and when they are not.
When the suspect has a lethal weapon, you meet the threat with lethal force, not a bean bag round!

Can only imagine the frustraion felt by those on the line!:(

Have learned from this board that lethal force should be met with/dealt with, lethal force! Maybe "they" could read up a bit, and gain some knowledge in this area?:confused:
