Fort Bragg team competes in U.S. Army Culinary Competition

"Inside Sgt. 1st Class Rodney Lubnow's cramped office, culinary artistry books are scattered across his desk. Some of the bindings are worn, and a few pages are creased open to sophisticated French recipes like duck confit.
Outside his office window, soldiers chop, stir and bake, zipping past each other in their crisp chef whites. Under the fluorescents of the old kitchen, they prepare to be champions.
This is the award-winning Fort Bragg Culinary Arts Team. On Saturday, the group of 12 will head to Fort Lee, Va., and compete for their 10th Installation of the Year award..................."
