Not about a taliban uprising but follows a special team of DEA agents called "The FAST team". Kind of interseting to see.

Get an opinion.. These posts do not...
Posting bits of youtube videos with no point of view (POV) is like peeing in the snow.
Everyone can see what you did, but no body knows why...
It is hard for most to jump into a discussion without a POV to either support or argue.
With the exception of the comedy zone, a post should have a POV.
Please edit your post with some witty or argumentative POV..

Could someone tell me who's the maker of the BUD's the Afgans are wareing??
Do the DEA Operators report to Cencom or MacDill AFB??

This was the first of anything that I've seen with the DEA operating in Afghanistan. I know there was some talk of if they had the Jurisdiction to even be over there a few years ago but never knew what came of that.
I just found it interesting that DEA is operating in a active combat zone. I guess I wasn't aware that they really ever operated OCONUS. I also thought it was different that they had no US Military or ISAF personnel with them during their raid. I also noticed that they did use the ANA to help them during their raids.. does anyone know if these guys actually train the ANA too now?? Seems like they've come a long way. I remember hearing that in the beginnning of OEF, the DEA would possibly be called in after the raid took place to confirm drugs etc.. Apparently they have a more active role now and operate independantly conducting their own raids and operating with the ANA.

Yes the DEA go OCONUS, with and without CIA, DoS, DoT, DoJ, DoI, and DoD support.
