Its possible to mobilize 'en masse' with emails, texting, ebusiness, etc. But I don't think moveon.org is the organization you're looking for, some other group will need to step up. I have no further suggestions, sorry.
Eh moveon.org is more politically oriented. I think someone should start a site devoted to this goal, just to see if it works. No need to use any organization.
