It was Sunday and the minister said, "Anyone with any 'special needs' who wants to be prayed over, please come forward to the front by the altar."

With that announcement, Bubba got in line...and when it was his turn, the minister asked, "Bubba...what do you want me to pray about for you?"

Bubba replied, "Preacher, I need you to pray for help with my hearing."

The minister put one finger of one hand in Bubba's ear, placed his other hand on top of Bubba's head, and then prayed...and prayed...and prayed. He prayed a "blue streak" for Bubba...and the whole congregation joined in with great enthusiasm.

After a few minutes, the minister removed his hands, stood back and asked in a loud voice, "Bubba...brother...tell us...how is your hearing now?"

Bubba answered, "I don't know...it ain't 'til next week."

My sister, six years younger than me, always tried to call me bubba. I resisted. She now has cauliflower ears. :D

Yep. He suggested a Packer's cheesehead and a trip to Cabo San Lucas. :D

You should count your blessings. Some of us never even had a little sister to punch. :D
