In my opinion, the article/blog itself was poorly written although it served it's primary purpose...to enrage the reader and illicit a response.
There's a lot of rhetoric out there right now but there are a few things to keep in mind...
A 10% raise of $100 is only $10. A 10% raise on $1000 is $100. So those that are making more...will continue to make more.
The issue isn't the payraise IMO it's the lack of a spending freeze.
