Agree it is addictive. I did finally beat it, level 50. You have to spend, mix the weapons, and watch the fields of fire :cool: Ended with $979 and 12 lives. Bought a super monkey for the final round but never needed him. Never did buy a bomber.
New record: $11,320 with 40 lives, 2 super monkey and one bomber
Finished it with 3411 money and 23 lives. Really Fun!

I'm convinced. I'm taking a PLT of dart-throwing monkeys on my next overseas excursion.
The secret here is to buy a new monkey as soon as you can, but don't buy unless you can purchase piercing darts at the same time.
You want also to begin shooting as early as you can, but have a few to close the back door.
Purchase a dart wheel for the lower left hand corner, and purchase also 'faster shooter'. This will thin out the herd early.
In order to win, beyond level 50 with no lives lost, the final metrix will be to finish with as highest score possible. At some point, you will want to begin selling off monkeys not producing. I even went as far as to move them as needed, kinda like the Alamo commander saying, "every third man, move to the south wall".
All assets cost monies, not sure the algorithm, we'll need a CFO to figure it out.
Avoid the indirect fire from the cannon, it's not effective.
I wish I could put colored scarfs on the G's. The yellow SOBs are fast.
