I came home after the archery elk hunt and cut up the elk and spent some time catching up on my consulting project and just goofing off. Then I headed to Wyoming for the antelope hunt and afterward back to Utah for the rifle elk hunt. My first camp site was already occupied so I made camp in a grove of aspens across the valley from my first camp.
This is a video of what my camps look like and how I live for weeks at a time.

I shot this video while I was resting up from packing out the first load of elk.
Bears do like to dine with the lights on:D Kidding aside - I can see a hunt camp is full of interesting smells for a bear.
What was that I saw under the stove?:D

If you hunt all day and don't kill an elk then you will need something to provide you with comfort while you ponder the day's mistakes and work out new plans for tomorrow. If you do kill an elk you will need something to wash down the ibuprofen so your legs and back don't seize up during the night. :D

BB, I think you also have posted a shot on an buck antelope, correct me if I've viewed the video incorrectly, but was that a 2,025 yard take down I saw?
