I was there a few years ago and was impressed, I always thought VN was one of the most beautiful places I'd ever been; the Vietnamese people industrious, and on that recent return trip, friendly and courteous.
For some odd reason, I spent a lot of time noting the infrastructure. At any rate, this article is not a surprise.

Nope Vietnam. I think the country is beautiful, the people are honest( for the most part) hard working and I really love the women. They have a good agriculteral base, a growing tech sector along with manufacturing. If they would not fish and shrimp farm in their dirty rivers it might be next to heaven.
