Ah yes, the usual suspects. I can see some real "gun control", sensible of course, coming out of this one!

From the Examiners David Corea:

And this comment was just left at WarOnGuns:

"After calling Cornyn, Hutchinson, and the NRA/ILA offices, I called Jeff Sessions office since he is the ranking member. I spoke to a young woman named Ivy who told me that, 'It will be about how the ATF is going to regulate FFL's.' When I asked for more details, I was instantly asked who I was with in a very aggressive tone. I told her simply a citizen whose issue is the 2nd. She offered no further details."

I still throw up in my mouth a little bit EVERY time I read something that forces me to acknowledge that Al Franken is actually a United States Senator.

...wow

just, wow

Perhaps the hearing was going to be on whether I could install surface to air missiles in my back yard and shoot down every helicopter that strays out of its flight path up Rock Creek and cuts the corners over the residential area in which I live. I figure I would only need two or three missiles and then the helicopter pilots would get the message and stay within their allowed airspace.
