I hope this is accurate but I sure haven't seen it. We have a lot of So Cal corporations still giving them jobs under the table.
I find this information suspect. Given the Regime's reaction to Arizonas SB1070, the number of illegals being lower only supports their lack of willingness to protect our boarder and give those criminals amnesty.

And goverment is giving them an education, medical care and in some cases public housing.:(

I've seen it here in the Phoenix area. SB1070 is "working" without even being in force.

I hope its true, but I wonder how they estimate that census. AFAIK, they can only do theoretical calculations(its not like they have spotters in the border counting the number of runners).
A lot of those crossing the border illegally barely have an education, so rumors of legislation and lower opportunities could be doing the trick, they can't double check those rumors....
OR maybe this was really the plan all along by the Regime ... cause a recession and all the illegals will leave?

I just read an interesting article online the other day that described how more illegal immigrants have entering the country by sea.
Build a large expensive barrier and they just go around it.
We're probably going to see a lot more tunneling too. :(
