Hello all,

After much consultation with the wife and family; as well as personal reflection. I have decided to go for it. I will be heading to SFAD soon. My intent is to move from the Reserves to the ARNG and enter the "pipeline". I am VERY, VERY excited!! I have really enjoyed the site and the information everyone has offered in it. Any words of wisdom?

Got passed the first hurdle, that being SFAD. I now have the door "cracked" open and am now going to take aim on gate 2, SFAS. Focus, focus... strength, attitude and knowledge.

Lots of good information and knowledge here. Like Dozer523 said. The search button will be your best friend. Use it wisely. Do a lot of reading and research before asking a question that has already been asked. Trust me, if you’re thinking it. It has already been asked and answered. So re-asking questions could land you in hot water. Good luck in your plans. Stay focused!
