Wearing 15 unearned ribbons and decorations??? I didn't have 15 that I DID earn! This guy's main spring was out of adjustment. He'll have plenty of time to think about it. If he retires, hopefully it will be as a private.
I just don't get these stories... why would someone of such high rank feel the need to falsify their record? and how can they possibly believe that they'll get away with it?
