Associated Press
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- A Florida woman is facing charges after being accused of chasing a Wendy's employee with a stun gun when she got upset about her order.
Police in Daytona Beach say Melanese Asia Reid got into an argument with an employee at the drive-thru Monday. She got out of the vehicle and went into the store, along with Katrina Mari-Alyce Bryant.
Witnesses say Reid pulled out a pink stun gun and chased the employee while Bryant cheered her on. The two women reportedly left when a manager threatened to call police. (wuss)
I'd pay to see the security video of that event! :D

Thanks RF1, echoes, and drmabuse. I knew it had to be out there somewhere...it being the internet age and all. :D
After seeing the pics, all I could hear was JimP, drmabuse, and TR's commentary. It seemed to fit the pics to a "T".
Amazing that they caught the two idiots, AFTER THEY CALLED THE RESTAURANT BACK TO COMPLAIN!
Those two have got to be the evolutionary exception.
Most would answer the "Do you believe that man descended from the ape", with a "Yes" or "No" answer.
However, "Not Yet" is a reasonable alternative. :D

Now that is funny, I don't care who you are. I wonder if Melanese called the regular Wendy's number to lodge her complaint or whether she dialed 1-800-TAZ-A-BITCH?

After reading the police report, it is not so much the possibility of being shot that keeps me from wanting to be a police officer. It is the fact that you have to deal with morons such as these on a daily basis that prevents me.
Wendy's aint near as good as it originally was, but I don't think I'd taze anybody over it.

Thank you Bandy!
And some wonder how P'BO got elected. I'm clickin' along here, readin' and smilin' and "oh wow-ing . . . " finding the whole situation and many of the posts pretty funny. ('Course I am happy as clam that I was not there.) I was wondering how we were going to finally link this to the President. But, the good doctor did not let me down. Nice job, Doc!

Agree, Sir.
For the most part, Wendy's here in the midwest did a good job at making burgers to order, in my formative years during the eighties, and early nineties. But indeed, I must say that after '98, and on, my business for a "home-style" hamburger would rest with "In-N-Out" burgers, as they have an option that I personally crave, the "Grilled-cheese Burger."
I was made aware of this off menu option while residing in Hollywood, at the turn of the century. This option allows a customer to order the special sauce, lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, and cheese, all on a toasted bun, without the meat.
