An Abu Dhabi hotel has installed an ATM-style gold dispenser to give customers easy access to the precious metal.

It comes as gold prices have reached record highs in recent days.

Seeing as how my husband's ex wife thinks we are so Rich because we are both Lt Col's (albeit he is now retired) I have a few extra thousand dollars just laying around with nothing to do. As long as I keep it under $10K I shouldn't have a problem coming back with a couple of ounces through customs!
