All you need to do is google up winrar and download the latest version. It works very similar to winzip. Is there anything in particular you need to know?

So it's a compression program? I have a book in rar and I can't open it. Is that winrar free?

There is a free version on that site. ONce you get in installed, right click on the book and choose Extract Files. It will create a folder and put your book in it.
