Simply click on the link below. Then enter your city, State or Zip code (best method) where you intend to run/ruck and you can create your own course. You can manipulate the map as you like. This saves you from getting into your car and mapping out a route. Those without gps's may find this tool useful.

I've seen these before but this is the best one so far incorporated with Google earth pretty easy to click out your route and figure out how far you've gone.
