View Full Version : .38 acp
I'm looking for any information on .38 acp ammo. It's for a colt 1902 semi-auto. As far as I can find out, they don't manufacture .38 acp since they went to the .38 super which is too powerful of a load. I've read that I could load my own using a 9x23mm semi-rimmed case but I can't find any place that has those either. I'm not looking to fire this antique regularly but I would like to clean it up and see how it shoots.
Google search brought up more questions than answers...you might try Nevada Gun Supply if you get to Carson City often...just don't tell them you're from CA or they'll throw you out...
There's a couple of places that can furnish you with ammo. Taint cheap tho.
