Gun Shows DFW area

Gentlemen,

I'll be in the US of A in May/June for a couple of weeks with my HH6.

We are staying in the DFW area for 10 days and I'd like to go to a Gun Show there to buy some small things and look around.

I've found two at that time, both on the same weekend. Maybe you can help me picking the "better" one to go to:

May 30/31: Belton, "the real gunshow" http://www.realgunshow.com/

Do you guys have gun shows or hunting shows in Europe? Maybe like here but on a smaller scale?

There are six gun shows during May-June. Go to http://www.aubreyturner.org/gunshows/. Ft. Worth is a far better choice - the city has other charms worth investigating.

you've been over here. You know what we have.... Fast cars, good beer, nice girls, and shitty gunshows with outrageous prices.

It's like Oktoberfest in Oklahoma. Nice, but not what you really want. That would be a gunshow in Germany, nice but every small gun show stateside is alot better (and cheaper for parts and equipment).

I travel back to the US at least once a year and like to get my gear there. :cool:

Affirmative. Thanks for the info. So we focus on the High Caliber Gun Show in Cowtown. I know that Ft. Worth has other charms, I used to live there when I was a kid (White Settlement).

I was just wondering if the one in Belton was worth the drive or if we should stick with the one in Ft. Worth.
