The Lie That Wouldn’t Die - The Protocols of the Elders of Zion
Hadassa Ben-Itto

I’m no scholar but FWIW, here’s my uneducated layman’s review :D

This book was/is outstanding - it will remain in my personal library.

The reason I purchased this book is because recently I came in contact with someone who proselytized David Duke’s philosophy and was peddling Duke’s book - “My Awakening”, needless to say, an argument ensued. This individual trumpeted: “The Jews are responsible for all Evil in the world today” - little did I know how far reaching the arm of “White Supremacy”, “White Nationalism” and “Neo-Fascism” actually is…

It baffles my mind how ultra-right & ultra-left neo-fascist groups have formed an un-holy alliance with the ideology of Islam.

As Ben-Itto said, and I agree with her: “Anti-Semites are not born. They are raised on anti-Semitic messages that are always based on false facts and libels. People must be given reasons to hate the Jews”.

Ben-Itto’s book explores the root basis of the widely circulated “Conspiracy Theory”, of a Jewish plot - to enslave and take over the world. The “Protocols of the Elders of Zion”, based on political satire - in which the alleged plotters weren’t even Jewish, are the blueprint of that plan and have taken root in minds around the world.

This book presents a clear and concise description of the myth, and exposes the so-called “Jewish Conspiracy” for what it is - a forgery…

It also covers in depth Serge Nilus, the Romanovs, the Bolsheviks, and it profiles the players in the overall grand scheme of things and how the “Protocols” came about.

I knew Henry Ford didn’t care too much for the Jews, nevertheless, I had no idea he sponsored the printing of over 500,000 copies of the “Protocols” and distributed them, thus perpetuating the lie used to stir up anti-Semitic hatred.

Also, the forgery - the “Protocols of the Elders of Zion”- served to rationalize Hitler’s actions that permeated the Third Reich’s line of thinking.
Hitler’s first anti-Semitic measure in April of 1933, the boycott of Jewish stores, was deemed a defense against the "Plan of Basel" - another name for the Protocols of the Elders of Zion.

If you’re interested in examining (Excluding Islamic Sacred Texts) the root of what had been used to justify the murders of millions of Jews in Russia and Nazi Germany, this book is it…….just my humble non-scholarly 00.02 :D

It befuddles me as well. Yet, politics makes strange bedfellows.

Three Answers worth examining:

Unholy Alliance.

Shadow World.

United in Hate.

Quote worth mulling over:

"The entry of ten Muslim states into the United Nations and
its agencies is a significant phenomenon in view of the radical
differences between the tradition Muslim law of nations [sharia]
and the principles embodied in the United Nations Charter."

- From the preface of "War and Peace in the Law of Islam." by Majid Khadduri, page vii.

Why is this significant?

The book was originally published in 1955.

Ironically, it is now the United Nations that is well on it's way to being not only subverted, but enforcing the will of the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) which is effectively, the only organization capable of representing and speaking for the Ummah (Muslim world).

Google "Free Speech United Nations."

See what you find out about hate speech and blasphemy laws...

That stumps me too. Here you go. Haven't read it yet, but it's in the cue.

I read Podhoretz's book World War IV (his name for what George Bush called the "War on Terror")...recommend it.

And here's another spin on it...
