Well said kimberly.

When I read stories like this, (though they are few and far between,) it makes me first, proud to be an American, and second, so thankful that there are MEN out there like this who really do encapsulate the definition of Warrior!!!;)

Am so blessed to be allowed to read such stories, and many, many more from QP's here on PS.com.

EDIT: To Add, my sis got the biggest grin when I read this story to her!!! Indeed the human spirit is not defined by our capabilites/disabilities!!!:lifter

I ran a 5K at Lackland with some wounded warriors like this one.

Truly an inspiration. There are no words to adequately describe their drive.

It is a video such as this that shows the true spirit of the American Warrior and should be used to clear away any doubt that we are the greatest nation with the greatest men and women in uniform.

I would also love to spotlight this and show it to troops today that exibit THS (tiny heart syndrome) and slap them in the face with it and ask them "What excuse today?"

Drive on LT! :lifter
