While scouring the net for pasta info I came across a pretty neat site that offers fresh pasta's delivered to your door. They have a good selection but since I have not tried any yet I can't obviously vouch for the quality.

There's an Italian place in Georgetown where you can watch the nice old ladies make the pasta that's going to be in your dinner in a few minutes.
