No issues with the report, I know that it is hot.
My only question is why you would test fire labeled sub-machine gun ammo in a pistol? Clearly, a SMG, with the heavier construction and heavier bolt should be better able to deal with the pressure.
I treat all of the LeMas ammo as +P+, but not dangerous in appropriate modern firearms in good condition.

I fired sub machine gun 9mm in a P-1 walther clone and split the frame...That was way back in '81. Not some thing I'd want to repeat.

some thoughts from reloaders welcome Basically thumbs up or down.
I will chrony these tomorrow, 8mm, 220gr Barnes X (New to me),ll in 192gr weight brass (FC), 45.6 grs RL-22. Federal 210 primer.
These Barnes got a good write up, I've nearly always used Sierra HPBTs at 200grs with a 4064 push. Don't ask me why I'm trying these other than they open up well.

that reminds me, I bought a special barrel last year so I could shoot LeMas out of my Glock and never ordered the ammo:D

Didn't Barnes drop the old X-bullet style and only makes the TSX and Tipped TSX now? I just see the 180 and 200gr 8mm TSX on their site anymore but no 220gr plain X.

I just bought this box out of some old stock at a gun range. I'll be able to tell more after I shoot them. I favor boat tails but thought I'd try this box. I like heavies.
I was at the range on Wednesday with some friends. We fired over 150 rounds of Le Mas 9mm and .40cal CQB ammo through a variety of handguns.
One of the 9mm T&E handguns fired was the 12.7 ounce, $235.00 Kel-tec PF-9 http://www.kel-tec-cnc.com/pf9.htm
This same Kel-tec pistol that was tested during the American Cop article last year, has fired over 575 Le Mas 9mm CQB bullets to date. IIRC the Kel-tec PF-9 3.1 inch barrels averaged 1775fps. Of the 800 rounds fired to date through this inexpensive, lightweight handgun, 550 have been the Le Mas 9mm CQB rounds.
While I have no hesitation firing the Le Mas 9mm CQB rounds through the PF-9 I would not shoot standard IPSC 9mm major ammunition through the same Kel-tec.
