MSM gave it very little attention. Reminds me when Andrew hit Florida. All the reporters were in Miami and said "Everything's fine here".

Meanwhile Homestead and South Dade County was flattened. If it had been flooded, it would have been worse than Katrina.

Although I can't watch all news channels, The Weather Channel is doing a fine job. It is an NBC entity now, but it is the best and maybe only channel that has worked both seismic events into its hourly coverage. I record TWC and replay at least 3 times during the day. I love their focus....since meteorology and geology are my favrite subjects today makes it better.

Time will soon tell.......:munchin

You have got to be kidding.

TWC is busy promoting a "Global Warming" agenda, as late as last night. This is in direct contravention of its founder, who disputes the whole manmade climate change argument.

Funny, since this has been the coolest summer we have had in quite a while.

I have chosen to look for better, less biased sources for my weather and "news". I want a weather forecast. Not a weather "news" propaganda source.
