View Full Version : Protein Shakes
This list was sent to me a while back. Proper nutrition is extremely important while training, especially if one wants to maximize results. A post workout shake is one way of getting all the necessary nutrients to promote recovery. The attachement is a list of 70 protein shakes.

The article below (see link) is about using milk as a post-workout recovery drink. Milk has been shown to be just as effective as the advertised drinks out there and at much less the cost.

When I'm lifting heavy, a glass (~16oz) of 2% chocolate milk within 15 minutes after finishing is usually my go-to recovery drink.
