Trying to figure out my cellphone is what I use (well, that and trying to understand my administrators' logic).
Trying to navigate thru the multi-layered, bureaucratic hurdles which is staffed by life-long, entrenched bureaucrats whom seem the believe that...
Simple shit that needs to be solved requires several meetings which, makes the decision even more complex because, SOBs who don't do shit need too input their thoughts.
"Sir! I'll just walk out there and take some pics...be back in 15mikes."
15minutes later...
"Sir! No one is out there......"

If you think their problems are bad, just wait until you see their solutions.
If you think their problems are bad, just wait until you see their solutions.The government solution equals, a larger puzzle w/more pieces thus taking longer to accomplish the bare minimum w/increase cost to those that actually work for a living.
