Never happen. Too many Lawyers chasing the deep pockets. Enough to make a thoughtful person consider Falstaff's solution.

P,

What is Falstaff's solution?........

"Kill all the Lawyers". It's a bad quote from Shakespeare used "tongue in cheek". Shakespeare's exact line ''The first thing we do, let's kill all the lawyers,'' was stated by Dick the Butcher in ''Henry VI,'' Part II. Falstaff (or a similar character) was almost always involved in "nefarious activities". That's why I made the attribution to him. I'm sure some of our more learned members have been scratching their heads since I posted the original comment. A link to a convenient opinion piece is: http://www.nytimes.com/1990/06/17/nyregion/l-kill-the-lawyers-a-line-misinterpreted-599990.html. FWIW Shakespeare appears to have received a legal education at some point and actually espoused respect for the law; a position not always readilly discernable to the casual reader. For a quality read and a different viewpoint try: http://www.spectacle.org/797/finkel.html.

FWIW, the plaintiff in the first case, Seva Brodsky, has a presence on the net that is most charitably described as contentious . Google search results are here (http://www.google.com/search?q=Seva+Brodsky&sourceid=navclient-ff&ie=UTF-8&rlz=1B3GGGL_en__267__267).

Even more than a law degree, the asshat wants attention. He and the commonwealth of Massachusetts deserve each other.
