For those interested, and in the area, MSG Paul Howe, U.S. Army retired, will be giving a seminar, presented by the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office, entitled "Leadership and training for the fight." The seminar is being held in the Stokes Auditorium at Mcneese University, Lake Charles, La. I believe you must be a LEO or military personnel to attend. Tuition is $50.00.
