Maybe... ;) What drink do you prefer?

Dry Fly is the first distillery to be granted a license in the state of Washington since prohibition. Reading the bios, these guys seem committed to the craft.

I asked a couple of my winnie-fishing buddies if they have sampled the barrel.

My neighbor guides the development shop from Sage every spring.. They bring presents..

I like the hats.... :D

Good choice.
The Dry Fly guys are getting good reviews and are supposed to start making a whiskey but unless they are going to do it mountain style it may be a while before that's on the market.

Mr. Harsey, I realize you posted this about vodka so I may be out of line but I'll go ahead and say I guess I'll just HAVE to give the gin a try ... I'm a team player.

They are here in Spokane WA and have drawn favorable publicity for their quality. Kind of a micro brew spirits operation.
