The link is here (http://www.iupress.indiana.edu/catalog/index.php?cPath=3617).

Titles in Civil War history are here (http://www.iupress.indiana.edu/catalog/index.php?cPath=3617_3431).

Titles in military history are here (http://www.iupress.indiana.edu/catalog/index.php?cPath=3617_3408).

FWIW, while a book rises or falls on its own merits, when it comes to Civil War and military history, titles from Indiana University Press are, in general, well received by academics specializing in those fields. YMMV.

Civil War? I had a war with the 'gatekeepers' at the Kinsey Institute next to the building where my Hebrew classes were taught every time I tried to get into their archives for 'research' - but they wouldn't let me in. Maybe the bulging eyeballs, panting, and spittle drooling down my chin whenever I approached them gave my less than scholarly intentions away. :D

Seriously - thanks for the links, Sigaba.

Richard's $.02 :munchin

I don't think it was your bulging eyeballs that gave you away, Richard. :D

Thank you! I am ordering The Black Flag immediately. It is truly part of the Civil War few know. The old men I grew up around remembered, though. God Bless Frank and Cole:)

Awesome, thanks D. Both my brothers graduated from IU so I sent them this info as well.

FYI, there's also Labyrinth Book's sales annex <<LINK (http://www.labyrinthbooks.com/sale_home.aspx)>>.

You can save a little bit of time by using the advanced search page and putting books per page option to its maximum setting. <<LINK (http://www.labyrinthbooks.com/all_advsearch.aspx?)>>

Among the numerous works on obscure topics, one can find titles that may be of immediate interest to members of this BB. I got my copy of Masters of Chaos in cloth (hardcover) for $4.98.

nmap, you might be interested in this title <<LINK (http://www.labyrinthbooks.com/all_detail.aspx?isbn=9780521817912)>>:D (My plan to get a copy has been...shelved.)

In my experience, Labyrinth has a good return policy: no questions asked, just pay for the return shipping.
