Senseless. RIP PFC Beckel.
The victim was identified as Pvt. Cassaundra Nichole Beckel of Seattle. She had just joined the military while living in the Seattle area with her husband. After completing basic training, she was sent to Fort Bliss on March 28 for additional training.
