Terrible cheesy movie I am watching on a local tv station.

it has some great lines though.
Comet apparently makes everyone disappear except for two teen valley girls and some others.. They are the dtrs of a 3rd group major doing something not exactly specified in Honduras. Yes the kids specifically state dad is in 3rd group.

There are some great lines though.

"Mac 10 submachine guns were practically made for housewives"

two teens are shooting two... decimating a car..the gun jams and one teen says to her sister.. "that is the trouble with these things, daddy would have gotten us an Uzi"

There was another comment abougt how one day daddy realized, when they were in 6 and 7th grade that they would not grow up to be rangers so he got them a new mom and went off looking for a war.

Now the girlies are playing hide and seek with mac 10's and shotguns with guys in a department store.. oh good lord...

oh yeah.. and daddy apparently taught girl children to defend themselves... its just gets either worse or more funny depending on how sober you are..

Very... unfortunately I am not allowed to drink. I was, however, under the
influence of cold medication, Chloratrimeton.

The movie went seriously downhill after the two mac 10 comments. I turned the sound off and turned Linda Ronstadt way up.. :D

It seemed like the movies they had on the local channel this weekend were definitely pulled from someones trash barrel. It just went downhill. One looked like some guy wandering around with a giant shitake mushroom on his head with tenacles. I did not even bother to turn up the sound...

Night of the Coment should be put on Mystery Science Theater 3000. It would be perfect for that venue.

Is MST3000 still on anywhere? Heck, I'd get cable again if it were here in Phx!

I love this movie! I had it on VHS and now on DVD. It is one of those great campy films.
