Madagascar has been on the portapotty of a country listing for as long as I can remember. Other than the funny cartoon movies, the Lemurs, and the hissing cockroaches--it's got nada going for it except poverty. Kinda difficult to make budget on those sorts of national resources. :rolleyes:
