I believe this has already been posted under a different name. This seems to be the British version of what is known as "National Geographic: Inside the Green Berets" in the U.S. Good documentary.

Seems that the original links to the video are down, though.

I do not understand these videos, much less photos of any camp if they show anything related to OPS or security. I am referring to the A team video with Afghan elders, too. I wonder if the enemy is so damn dumb they do not have access to Youtube? Hell, I would hate to think my camera killed a man or men.

I recall at the launch site I had one of Harve Saals teams to put in when a slick from another avaition unit arrived to deliver something to the A team. The pilot got out and was snapping pictures of this team, plus all of us to include our 20th SOS camo choppers. I told the pilot to hand me his camera explaining this was a classified OP and I needed to destroy his film. He understood.

Only once was an actual video/filming of a SOG team pre insertion briefing by the FAC, 20th SOS CO, myself, and the 10 made at Duc Co. A CPT named SOBIE, who was from SOG HQ made that video. He was Russian born
, a Lodge ACT type I beliieve. His name was like Sobieachev---,, He retired as an -O-6 from what I am told.

Call me paranoid or whatever, but; I do not want men with me carrying cameras when their job is to find and destroy the enemy. No one pays them to be combat photo types. SF is not for actual combat photos of classified OPS to be posted on the Internet or given to the press. Yes, I understand that certain CO's at higher level allow camera crew and journalists to visit remote areas. No CO or NCO I ever knew in SF wanted these clowns on any damn OP.

Are you referring to these videos shot by National Geographic, are you referring to the guys on the other thread, or both?
