Erik Prince, the founder of the beleaguered North Carolina-based Blackwater security company, announced Monday he has stepped aside as the company's chief executive officer.

Erik Prince will remain as Chairman. He had just handed over CEO to Gary Jackson but Gary announced his retirement. So they have hired a former Army SF officer named Joseph Yorio who is leaving DHL.
