...that my son and I would be summoned for the same day, at the same courthouse, in Los Angeles County?

It's his first time and, I think, my eighth. I usually get downtown and my wife usually gets the tour: Santa Monica, LAX, Inglewood, Torrance, and downtown. My son and I both got Torrance.

It would be interesting if we both got on the same jury panel. :D

Edit to add: My wife's a redhead; she doesn't play well with others. ;)

Wife and I got it a week apart this year.....;) Yoiu and your son share the same last name? I'm betting that would actually increase the odds...;)

What? Us readheads can...but only if we want to do so. :D

I enjoyed doing my civic duty...I was actually the foreman. Forewoman? Whatever...anyway it was a great experience. We found the POS guilty too.

Still, there's about 8 to 10 courthouses in our area. I usually get downtown L.A. and Compton. Compton's interesting when you drive a Blue '82 Chevy Camaro. :D
