I believe that any felony convictions will bar you from recieving a security clearance. I have never been convicted of any felonies, but before i joined the military i was charged in a felony but was given youthfull offender status. This happend when i was 18 and didnt know what i wanted in life, now I would like to know if this will stop me from getting a clearance. I have been in the military for two years now and am very interested in attending SFAS when i return from my deployment. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
