LOL
...I shit you not...
Neither did he.
LOL "Remarked...the odor was very strong" - funny.
As for it being considered battery, it seems a bit overkill.

Why is the only thing I can think of right now is, "Tic Tac, officer?"
Sorry, I could not let this opportunity slide.
Apparently, Jose supports Obama
Police stopped Jose Cruz on Route 60 in South Charleston Monday night for driving with his headlights off.
This was posted in this forum earlier.
Get ready for this....
He may have took this a little to literal:D
There are fewer than three months until the election, an election that will decide the next President of the United States.
The person elected will be the president of all Americans, not just the Democrats or the Republicans.
To show our solidarity as Americans, let's all get together and show each other our support for the candidate of our choice.
It's time that we all came together, Democrats and Republicans alike.
If you support the policies and character of John McCain, please drive with your headlights on during the day.
If you support Obama, please drive with your headlights off at night.
Thank you and God Bless!
I do not believe Jose was drunk....... Just Patriotic.

No shit!! :D
Hard to hold something not in your hand!! That could be an argument.
ACLU attorney," Officer, did you see the weapon the defendant was alleged to have had?"
Next ACLU question," did you search the defendant for weapons?"
Next question, "If this was a weapon, why did you not find it in your search?"
Next question," Was the weapon sighted in?" "If so, was it bore sighted, and how was that done?"
Next question, "Is there any ballistic evidence linking the "projectile" to the defendant?"
Next question, "Officer, can you describe the injury you sustained from the weapon, that you failed to find, caused you?"
Etc., etc., etc.
Perhaps we must take care in the wee hours in bed when "it" slips out. :D

So does that mean I can file charges against my girlfriend next time she "lets one go," in the middle of the night, and it's so bad it wakes me from a dead sleep?

So if the cop ate a nasty burrito and busted ass next to this guy in the DUI room and closed the door that is brutality, or payback? :D
Man....I should be on death row
That is too funny -- what the officer should have done is let his elbow accidently connect with the side of his head while trying to cover his nose.

Right, they should of just beat him down. A beat down is the only thing most criminals and smart asses fear

They dropped the charge this afternoon.
What I found more interesting was the little video on the right detailing a propane explosion at a little roadside store in Ghent (West Virginia, I'm guessing.) The chain of events and basic stupidity by people who should know better was staggering. Very sad.

Well finally I have some competition ---
I believe I am the “flatulence champion” in my area.
Nice to know there are other contenders – perhaps a “national match”, giving new meaning to the NFL. :D
