I don't know the technical phrase to use, but I'd welcome any recommendations on which service to use for downloading and sharing photos online. I've signed up for Flickr, but it looks like you have to watch them like a hawk to make sure your photos don't get spread around. I've set and reset every preference pane I can find.
My dad is on his way to a Kagnew Station (Asmara) reunion today and I'm uploading dozens of old slides so he'll be able to share them. (I'm also FedExing him a flash drive. Somehow I think the online thing won't do as well for his use as it might for me.)
I haven't paid for more MBs yet, so it isn't too late to change services if anyone has a better idea.
