Gallup is showing McCain up by four right now.
What will the MSM do, after all of the work they have put into Obama's campaign?

I had seen some mention earlier on how the Obamapalooza tour energized the Republican voters. I hope the McCain camp seizes that advantage.
Noted that the media coverage poll shows that 32% believe the media is unfairly negative about McCain. Maybe they (MSM) are committing a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the foot... GREAT :D

LOL. Even after his world tour the fact that he still hasn't been able to pull away from McCain is telling. At this point in the race Carter was up big on Reagan, Dukakis had a double digit lead on Bush and Gore and Kerry had comfortable leads on GWB.
I suspect things will get ugly for Obama in the fall when we can no longer run and hide from McCain. He'll have to stand toe to toe with him and make his case to a much different crowd than he had to in the primaries. Some of his positions are so far out of touch with most American's that I look forward to some serious flip flopping and Kerryesq prevarications as he lurches to and fro seeking the path of least resistance.
The media wants the BHO administration to be the next Camelot. They're having delusional flashbacks of JFK and Jackie O roaming the White House. Just watch the how the national print and TV media photograph and film BHO vs McCain. You'll see all the sublimal messages geared towards the young voters.

In addition to that poll.
63% polled said that Obama's recent coronation tour does not make him more fit to be president. It's still amazing the anybody out there being polled can look anyone with a straight face and claim that his trip abroad gives him foreign policy experience. I've been to europe too. Germany, Italy, France and Ireland. Guess I should put that on my resume.

TRI was doing some quick math from here http://www.usaelectionpolls.com/2008/general-election/electoral-college-results.html
Pro-McCain States: 18 = 150 electoral votes
Pro-Obama States: 10 = 147 electoral votes
Yet they have Obama leading in the polls....
Stay safe.
Obama isn't the only dimwit that is getting a free pass right now. Why isn't the MSM reporting the allegations behind John Edwards, his supposed mistress, and their love child? You can bet that if this was a Republican the MSM would be all over it like white on rice regardless of whether or not the National Enquirer was the first to report on it.
As it is, many in the MSM have asked their "bloggers" to stifle the story. Why is that? Why should John "pretty boy" Edwards get a pass that no else would get in his situation???
