are you talking about a new account under Tools, E-mail accounts, or did you re-load Outlook Express completely? If you just need an icon on your desktop to activate OE, hit the start button in lower left, click on "all programs" at the bottom of the left-hand column, you should have an OE program listed. Drag that to your desktop. If that is not it, give us a little more info.

My old OL Express will not respond. My new e-mail account works ok.
My biggest problem was when the new IE account was set up all my installed programs didn't transfer.
How do I get these programs to my new IE account?
I didn't reinstall IE or OL Express.

Did you set up a new user account.. so that your and the mrs can have separate sign-ons??
1)control panel, 2)user account,3)setup new account
If so the new user account will be blank. You will need to re-set-up disk top icons,,, but you need not re-install the software..

Are you still having the problems?
Sounds like the big problem here is configuring new set up so its like the old one?
