I am trying to get my nephew in a class and want to train him up. Are they running selection year round now? if not what is the last class before the summer break?

Yes.
There used to be a scheduled break in August, but they always ran a special SFAS class then anyway. I suspect that they just schedule them year round now. There is also a gap for a couple of weeks through the Christmas half-day schedule.

If you go to ATRRS (www.atrrs.army.mil), click on "course catalog" on the right hand sight, and enter the school number below, you can see the list of dates for the FY.
