Well, well, Looks like at least one state is at least looking at this problem from a logical perspective. Wonder if it will actually go anywhere.

They may be re-thinking that. I can not believe they are stating K-12 plus the others.

I notice in CCW carry on campus discussions, the typical anti carry advocates seem to think we are advocating arming the entire student body. Actually it would only allow the legal carry for CCW holders on campus. How many people would carry. Obviously those who are current CCW holders. That can be less than 2% of the state total population and actually much smaller for the student body. CCW has age requirements.
Probably on a very large campus, this would only effecting people who are current CCW holders. It might encourage a student who is qualified to obtain a CCW. I would say for all practical purpose, we would not be arming any one who is not already a CCW holder.
