This December I will be done with my studies here in Monterey, CA. I am seriously thinking about going back to Group and “hiding behind a ruck” instead of going to MacDill AFB.
So my wife and I are thinking about finding some land and building a new home on it—can anyone recommend a good real estate agent in the area? The last agent was really sloppy--I had to keep on top of her to do basic work--I would never use her again. I am looking for someone that is a lot more organized.
Does anyone live up in the Sanford area? How is the commute? Anyone know of any good deals on 2-5 acres of land? Or a good location to live that can offer some country living? We used to live in Hoke County but the school districts soured my wife on living there again.
