The 19th Annual SO/LIC Symposium will address evolving Defense and Industry decisions for SO/LIC policy, strategy, and resources as the United States and its coalition partners reset their forces and reassess their goals, objectives, priorities, and capabilities to combat terrorism in Iraq, Afghanistan, and around the world. Participate as an attendee or exhibitor to review the technologies being incorporated to wage war at the crossroads.

Unfortunately, not me. I would very much like to hear the Thursday morning talk by Mr. Vickers.

I wonder what the chances are that it'll be recorded or have a transcript posted on the web in a timely manner? I don't think NDIA formally does this, but a handful of last years presentations ended up on DTIC in one form or another.
