Disclaimer: I personnally, would hardly call this news, but it seems to be portrayed as such on the "error-net". I would also like to say that I don't make a habit of expending any brain cells on any attention to the drama in this particular persons' life, and that I would not expect many people here to do so either. That being said, I can't help but be glad to see that today, in America, outside PS.com, the sense of having the cojones to say that something is wrong, and that everything you do has consequences, and then really doing something about it, and helping people at the same time, is still alive and kicking. :lifter

I see where Great Grand Dad gave the money to charity in his will but Good 'Ol Barron challenged the will and after 10 years got an out of court settlement.

I guess she didn't fall all that far from the tree.

The hotel group was sold for $20 billion in October to private equity firm Blackstone Group, while the acquisition of Harrah's -- of which Barron Hilton was a board member until 2006 -- is due to be completed by Apollo Management and TPG Capital in early 2008.Blackstone Group are pretty conservative. PH will NOT be advising the board-of-directors....:cool:
