I told Santa I wanted the Sprindfield M1A, since she asked, but got a 60" flat panel HDTV instead.

I think I came out ahead. Pictures after it gets out of the box.

Mrs. Clause brought me a new bird gun, in the form of a, Benelli Montefeltro 12 Ga. The gold plated trigger is oh so nice, if you have the means, I highly recommend one.

The new bird dog, will arrive for my birthday, in about a week.

This is my favorite time of the year.:D

I am sure we are not the only ones....
When you get to SWCS and if you Graduate, then deploy she may just go away if she can not take it. Takes a special kind of woman. I am still looking for one.:D

I read somewhere that the standard SOP for getting rid of your wife was to join the Army. She still hasn't caught on yet! :D

Just let her read your last two posts. That should take care of it:lifter

Got exactly what I wanted: Some nice new wool socks (the expensive kind that you guys probably get issued ;) ) and Garth Brooks' greatest hits CD.

That left my bank account with enough money to get nice gifts for the wifey and daughter. I'm easy to please.

Greetings,

Was given the gift of cooking Christmas dinner for my sis this year, first time ever!
Baked the chicken, and all the fixings, and didn't even set off her smoke detector once...:lifter

Feeling so lucky now, that tonight, I will attempt to bake a cake...;)

We had a great christmas. I got a new Nikon scope and a Hen and Rooster skinning knife that is real neat. My bride got a new video camera to take pictures of our grandson. This was his 2nd christmas so he had a great time with the wrapping paper and boxes.

Still waiting for my Christmas present.

It's due Feb 24, but if history is consistent the present will be here in the first week of Febuary.

My present will be another ankle-biter/curtain climber/rug-rat which I will train to fear the Lord, love their country, be productive, pay taxes,
and...
their politics will hopefully lean slightly to the left (of Ghengis Khan).

Werd.

I got exactly what I wanted: surgical upgrades and a step (for step aerobics).
